A new Italian superyacht marina, Marina del Gargano in Manfredonia, Puglia will be operated by the MDL Marinas, Europe’s largest marina operator. This amazing news will see the fabulous marina become part of MDL’s Mediterranean network – providing the yachtsmen in Italy with the outstanding customer service experience.

MDL Marinas was selected to operate the marina due to its high standard of marina operations and experience of running international marinas, including its Spanish marina, Sant Carles, another successful marina from MDL’s Mediterranean network, which was opened in 2008. The marina group has won a number of international contracts over the past year – whilst continuing to delivering consistent and solid business in its home market – despite the economic downturn.
Marina del Gargano, which will open in March 2013, will offer 747 berths for yachts ranging from 8-60 metres, as well as a number of on-site facilities and services, including 24-hour security, covered private car parking, concierge service, a children’s play area, bicycle hire, solarium, and a number of on-site lounges and restaurants. A swimming pool will also be opening later next year. Puglia is renowned for its sun-drenched landscapes and delicious food as well as for having some of Italy’s most beautiful coastline.
