The leading marina group, MDL Marinas is adding its Spanish superyacht marina, Sant Carles to the MDL Freedom Berthing network. It is a good news for berth holders, taking advantage of international cruising opportunities and it also gives even more value to the MDL Marinas´ annual berthing package.

Freedom Berthing was a new concept launched by MDL Marinas at the Southampton Boat Show in 2011, offering unlimited visitor nights across the network’s UK marinas. Leading the way in the industry, the scheme was designed in response to customer demand and offers genuine cruising opportunities for yacht owners, with MDL marinas located across the South, South West, East Coast and the Thames.
Using three regional zones to define the MDL marina network – Hamble, South Coast Central and East to West and Thames – berth holders select their chosen home marina, and then receive unlimited marina berthing in their own and other zones. Sant Carles has been added to zone three, meaning any MDL annual berth holder can travel to Spain and enjoy unlimited marina berthing as part of the Club Outlook package.

Not only has MDL Marinas enhanced the Club Outlook package, the UK’s favourite marina group has also made a huge investment in customer service with the appointment of three regional directors. Sant Carles Marina is situated in the town of Sant Carles de la Ràpita on the beautiful Costa Dorada in Catalonia, Spain, approximately 100 miles south of Barcelona and the same distance north of Valencia.
