T. Mariotti shipyard has been awarded two contracts for refit and maintenance of the 60m charter yacht Andreas L as well as the 54m superyacht Rahil. Both projects mark the return of the shipyard in the yachting business.
T.Mariotti Shipyard, worldwide renowned for design, ultra luxury shipbuilding, megayacht and supply vessel construction, has been in the refit and conversion business since its foundation in 1928.
The Company has been recently awarded two orders for refit and maintenance:
The first is the 60m motor yacht Andreas L: works, planned until February 9th, are currently in progress at Darsena Drydock in the Port of Genoa including mechanical alterations, painting and steel intervention.
Moreover during the second half of February, in the same drydock, T.Mariotti will perform refit and maintenance works on the 54m motor yacht Rahil with steel hull and aluminium superstructure, designed and built by Mariotti Yachts – the yard’s brand operating in the megayacht market – presented in 2012 at 22nd edition of Monaco Yacht Show.
Works planned for about 10 days interest pure drydock basin activities and engine room.
The awarding of the two intervention represent an important achievement for T.Mariotti since it marks the return of the shipyard in the business of megayacht refitting.
