The Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami Beach, Miami’s premier in-water boat show, is set to take over Miami Beach’s Collins Avenue from February 17 – 21, 2011, presenting yachts and superyachts from the world’s most extraordinary custom boat builders. The show is free and open to the public.
This year’s show will feature more than 500 new and pre-owned vessels valued at more than a billion dollars and covering more than 1.2 million square feet of space over a mile-long strip of the Indian Creek Waterway in the heart of beautiful Miami Beach along Collins Avenue (S.R. A1A) from 41st to 51st Streets, situated directly across from landmark hotels such as the Fontainebleau, Eden Roc and Miami Beach Resort and Spa.
A new format will include Megayacht Row, which will be the 20 largest yachts in the show including Feadship motor yacht GO, and a Yacht Equipment Pavilion and Sportfishing Pavilion. The pavilion will have marine gear, electronics as well as seminars from the International Game Fish Association (IGFA).
The show will also display the Aquariva Gucci in its first US presentation. The yacht was collaboration between Gucci, Riva and Officina Italiana Design.
