Moonen Shipyards in the Netherlands has successfully completed the refit of the Moonen 52 Trojan motor yacht, originally launched in 1988.
Having already enjoyed both the experiences and results of an earlier refit at the yard, the owner of the Moonen 52 Trojan, decided to return to Moonen for a wide range of work.
One of the highlights of the refit is an alteration to the steering that means the owner can now sail Trojan himself. The navigation system has also been upgraded, making it possible to operate the engine by remote control.
At the same time more space has been created on the flybridge of motor yacht Trojan, by replacing the former deck crane with a davit installed on the swimming platform. Adding railings and fitting a new bimini on the aft deck, both produced by Inoferro, has changed the outline of Trojan. The interiors of the main and lower deck have also been refurbished, including new floors, ceilings and blinds, plus a dining table.
