The breathtaking 81 metre yacht AIR is the largest Feadship built superyacht to date, available for limited exclusive yacht charter. She was built at the De Vries Aalsmeer yard in collaboration with De Voogt Naval Architects, Remi Tessier interior designer and IYR, the owner’s highly experienced build team. Superyacht ‘AIR’ is a stunning example of Feadship’s ability to create a unique vessels to the highest of standards.
Charter yacht AIR features beautiful sleek and elegant exterior, incorporating modern lines and the distinctive Feadship flared bow. She is the first superyacht built under Annex 2 of LY2 to have a fully certified commercial helipad. Her one-of-a-kind black hull has been painted with a specialised and environmentally friendly nano coating technique.
Megayacht AIR’s interior boasts a refined, minimalistic design, where high quality materials were used. Matt-finished sycamore, leather, matt-finished special paint, high gloss stainless steel, palladium leaf, black-lit onyx, off-white & black limestone and a wealth of carved glass are all incorporated in Air’s interior.
Her sun-deck offers stunning views and a number of relaxation options, including a gym, lounging areas aft and forward with Spa Pool, and a 102” pop-up television screen for outdoor movie viewing. M/Y Air has two 9.8 metre tenders in dedicated and fully enclosed bays, and has a large foldable swimming platform with a bar.
The one-of-a-kind luxury charter yacht Air offers accommodation to her guests in a full beam Owner’s stateroom, with his & her bathroom. The spacious Owner’s entrance gives access to the VIP stateroom and Owner’s stateroom. Furthermore, ten guests are accommodated in five staterooms and following two in the VIP stateroom, accommodating up to 14 charter guest in total.
A crew of 22 highly skilled professionals are accommodated in twelve crew cabins and one captain’s cabin for two.
Feadship’s 2011 AIR yacht is powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M60, 1760kW at 1800rpm engines to a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. Her range is 5000 nautical miles.
