The 65m (213.25ft) motor yacht Nataly was launched by Benetti on the 4th of April 2011 at the Benetti Shipyard in Livorno, Italy. Yacht Nataly was built under the name Amnesia IV and hull number FB252 and features exterior and interior design by Redman Whitely Dixon (RWD) and naval architecture by Azimut-Benetti.
Superyacht Nataly was built in steel and aluminum and boasts a handsome starlight plumb bow with a flowing and well balanced contemporary profile. She is white with black masked windows.
The main design concept was to create an ‘uncompromising environment’ exceeding the most refined hotels by utilising an exquisite selection of interior finishes. The yacht is full of unique spaces and textures, with one of the most striking features, her floor to ceiling windows in the main saloon which gives the Nataly yacht a much more architectural feel than many boats of her size. Luxury Nataly yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 luxurious staterooms. She also offers accommodation for a crew of 10 in 5 crew cabins.
The 2011 Benetti motor yacht Nataly is powered by twin Caterpillar 3516B Diesel 2,260hp engines, which power her to reach a top speed of 15 knots with a range of 5000 nautical miles at a slower cruising speed of 12 knots. Her fuel tanks are 160,000 LT capacity and her full load displacement is around 1050 tonnes. At 65m (213.25ft) in length, she has a maximum beam of 11.75-meters with a full draught of 3.00-meters. Yacht Nataly’s Classification is ABS.
M/Y Nataly was built on the Amnesia superyacht platform and called Amnesia IV during her build. The yacht was ordered by the same owner who built motor yacht AMNESIA III, also at Benetti, so there was a continuation in progressing design and technology to create an outstanding yacht. The yacht changed hands 2 months ago and was subsequently renamed Nataly.
Toby Ecuyer, Creative Director at Redman Whitely Dixon talked about the design of Nataly, (previously AMNESIA IV) “The design brief was – in brief – precisely the same as for Amnesia III: ‘to design a modern, practical, clean charter yacht which maintains the spirit of the previous Amnesia, but also to push the exterior envelope, including the hull profile. The near plumb bow is – we believe – a first for Benetti.”
