The first transcontinental journey has been recently completed by the all-new SF40 superyacht SERENITY with a great success. Built by the prestigious Italian manufacturer Mondomarine, SERENITY cruised from their shipyard in Savona to Dubai, where she will be displayed at the 2016 Dubai International Boat Show, running from March 1 to 5.

The all-aluminium 42,30-metre SERENITY left Savona on January 20 and sailed across the Mediterranean Sea, passing Messina and reaching the Suez Canal (Port Side), a gateway into the Red Sea, a week later. After a stop at Salalah in Oman on February 5th, she reached Dubai on February 9th, successfully completing the 4,500-mile journey.
Beautifully pencilled by Luca Vallebona – SFL Design, the vessel is eagerly awaited in the UAE as its interior décor was created by the Dubai-based designer Fatema Almaidan – SFL Design.
Boasting a clean and well-balanced design together with a new conception of internal and external volumes and layout, luxury yacht SERENITY was first introduced at the Monaco Yacht Show 2015. She has been nominated for both the World Superyacht Awards 2016 as well as the ShowBoat Design Awards 2016.
Following her participation in the Dubai International Boat Show, SERENITY will leave for a two week Persian and Oman Gulf tour, visiting Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman.
