Construction of the new 46,80-metre steel and aluminium superyacht BILGIN 155 is well underway at the Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts, following a few minor changes to the interior by the Owner. Scheduled for delivery in May 2016, she has been superbly penned by H2 Yacht Design.
The most recent vessel of the Bilgin’s displacement line, BILGIN 155 has been designed to comply with RINA RINA Commercial Class Maltese Cross Hull, Mach, Y unrestricted and LY3 regulations. Once completed, she will be available for unrestricted coastal and offshore cruising around Europe, Mediterranean, Atlantic and the Caribbean.
Accommodation layout consists of 4 guest cabins, 2 master cabins with steam baths, one captain’s cabin and four crew cabins. There are also two saloons, a spacious sun deck area, beach club and a garage, which can be both used as tender storage and living area. The many special amenities aboard will include a popular Jacuzzi, as well as a wonderful selection of water toys, including two tender boats and two jet-skies.
Mixing up excellent performance and comfort, BILGIN 155 is run by twin CAT C32 1450bhp 2300 rpm marine diesel engines, expected to achieve a top speed of 16 knots. The navigation equipment will be fitted in accordance with regulations A1+A2+A3 unrestricted navigation.
Bilgin is currently also working on another super yacht project on spec, codenamed BILGIN 156. She was also created by H2 Yacht Design and will be ready on spec within the next year.
