Two iconic Pendennis yachts will be showcased at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show: the newly restored motor yacht MALAHNE, as well as explorer yacht STEEL. The prestigious event will be once again hosted by the glamorous Monaco yacht holiday destination from September 23 to 26, 2015.
MALAHNE
Originally launched by Camper & Nicholsons in 1937, the 50m classic superyacht MALAHNE was re-launched by Pendennis in Falmouth earlier this year, following her extensive 30-month restoration. The impeccable detailing and use of traditional techniques to make her as close to her original design demonstrates Pendennis’ capabilities in the sympathetic restoration of classic yachts.
Available for a luxury superyacht charter, the gorgeous MALAHNE yacht undoubtedly represents one of the most detailed, distinctive and beautiful motor yachts to be restored and launched in recent decades, suitably reflective of an amazingly glamorous era of yachting.
STEEL
During the event, the 55m super yacht STEEL will be presented for sale at Berth C05 on QUAI CHICANE. This is the first time since her launch from Pendennis in 2009 that this beautiful and outstanding vessel has been available for viewing, having been enjoyed privately for the past six years.
Superbly penned by Liebowitz & Pritchard Architecture & Yacht Design, luxury yacht STEEL represents the largest volume motor yacht constructed by Pendennis to date. Built to +100 AL Lloyds, 1a Ice Class, STEEL is also fully MCA compliant with long range capabilities. She boasts many bespoke technologies and systems designed specifically for extensive exploration, complemented by a classically styled interior, offering maximum comfort and luxury.
