Northern Lights, Inc. (NLI) a marine diesel generator manufacturer has received ISO 9001:2008 certification through the prestigious auditors of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). By undertaking this series of requirements NLI has demonstrated its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and its aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
“The implementation of an effective QMS offers a clearly structured, systematic approach to improving the customer experience,” said NLI’s ISO Compliance Manager, John Barrett.

This certification covers NLI’s Seattle production facility. Meeting these QMS requirements solidifies NLI’s place as a leader in the global marine marketplace, due to the international recognition of our certification to ISO 9001:2008.
