Oceanco shipyard announced today the launch of the 90-metre mega yacht DREAMBOAT – Y719 / Project Yasmin which was seen yesterday being moved out from her shed.
The DREAMBOAT features exteriors designed by Espen Oeino and interiors by Terence Disdale fantastic features such as a helicopter pad, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, extensive deck areas with great options for entertainment and dining and luxurious accommodation hosting up to 23 guests and a practically laid-out crew area accommodating up to 33 crew members. She has a volume of 2950GT and thanks to her generous overhangs from the superstructure and cutouts in the bulwarks the designers achieved a strong and timeless look with clean lines.
The standout design features include her large windows allowing for plenty of natural light to penetrate the interiors and allow for exceptional views. The expansive owner’s deck has a private Jacuzzi while the interiors are sophisticated, elegant and calm with great attention to detail throughout.
The interiors by Terence Disdale include natural wood, limestone floors, semi-precious stone vanities, parchment, leather and mother of pearl. The final result is a chic and elegant ambience.
The latest technology has been installed including a complex IP ship’s computer operating system and a canopy mast house and mast which is incorporated into the overall design of the vessel.
“It has been an intense project, but with some clear direction from the Owner, excellent collaboration between Espen Øino, Terence Disdale Design and Oceanco, we have achieved a great deal and are poised to deliver a stunning yacht,” says Dan Jackson, the Owner’s representative.
Roderick Gort, Project Director at Oceanco, adds, “Launching DreAMBoat is an important milestone in the construction process of delivering ‘the Owners Perfect Yacht’. We are looking forward to delivering DreAMBoat after her sea trials this spring, and welcoming her to the Oceanco family”
DREAMBOAT is scheduled for sea trials followed by the delivery due to take place before the summer season. She is the 33rd yacht built by Oceanco which has been operational for the past 33 years.
