Horizon Yachts is thrilled to announce that they have recently signed an order for the all-new CC108 superyacht, destined for a repeat German owner. Custom-designed by the yard’s in-house team, in partnership with Beiderbeck, this new 108-footer boasts a raised pilothouse design, mixing up entertaining spaces with functional living areas, while also offering fantastic views on every level. Due to be launched in early 2017, the all-new vessel is currently having its interior flooring fitted.
“We are extremely proud to be building a third Horizon yacht for this valued client,” commented Horizon Group CEO John Lu. “It is an honor to work with Beiderbeck in capturing the owner’s vision, and we have no doubt his new CC108 will be extraordinary.”
The new Horizon CC108 boasts a generous main salon that is voluminous and open in layout, with curved wood cabinetry to port and curved seating to starboard that will easily host 20 guests. The formal dining is in prime location to either the main salon or to the port-side galley, ideal for entertaining on board between the three areas. Forward and up a few steps the raised pilothouse and lower helm can be found, together with a captain’s desk for navigational charts and plotting.
The interior layout is composed of three en suite guest staterooms – a full-beam, on-deck master and below deck a port twin guest stateroom and VIP starboard guest stateroom. The master suite boasts a King bed, dual walk-in closets, as well as large master bath; the guest staterooms below deck are positioned mid-ship, with room for four guests to rest in maximum comfort. Crew quarters can easily sleep four crew members in two en suite bunk rooms, with crew mess aft of the crew rooms.
For the ultimate outdoor experience, the flybridge hosts sun loungers aft, as well as center-line dinette seating that provides excellent views. Moreover, the aft deck offers a large settee and dining table perfect for family gatherings. For watersports, the aft tender garage can, at the touch of a button, lower the swim platform to launch a 5,1m tender. This area can also be used as a beach club for guests while swimming, diving, or just relaxing.
