The outstanding 50m Feadship motor yacht ENDLESS SUMMER (ex Carmac VII, Matanthar, Lady Allison, Hilarium II) will be fitted with the revolutionary AntiRoll roll damping system, developed by DMS Holland, as part of the vessel’s extensive refit, currently taking place in Florida. Originally built by Royal van Lent in 1991, superyacht ENDLESS SUMMER is due to be redelivered to her Owner in the summer of 2015.
The refit of luxury yacht ENDLESS SUMMER includes the extension of the swim platform serving a sportfishing boat, installation of a jacuzzi, as well as the replacement of the current Vosper stabilization system for an AntiRoll system. The retrofit will be supervised and managed from the Netherlands by De Voogt Naval Architects and Feadship.
The owner of ENDLESS SUMMER yacht, a very technically clever gentleman, was looking for a stabilization system that offers unparalleled performance and operation both while cruising and at anchor. After studying the various stabilization tests from a number of different systems, which the vessel has been fitted with in the past, he was immediately convinced by the performance of AntiRoll.
Following her major refit, super yacht ENDLESS SUMMER (ex Carmac VII, Matanthar, Lady Allison, Hilarium II) will be used by her Owner as a mothership to his sportfishing boat, as well as a floating hotel for his family.
