The very first Overmarine Group yacht Mangusta 110 is set to make her world premiere at this year’s Miami Boat Show, running from February 13 to 17. It is the first time in Overmarine history that the Group will launch a new yacht model outside its European borders.
“We’re proud of this American début,” declared Maurizio Balducci, CEO of Overmarine Group. “We strongly believe in this region and in this new model. There are various innovative, custom features and a new design on this Mangusta 110 that make it really unique and perfect for current market demand”.
The new motor yacht Mangusta 110 is the yacht that most clearly defines the latest Mangusta design & technical evolution. The dramatic combination of linear tension and expressive lines gives the Mangusta 110 an elegant yet uniquely powerful character. She is a masterpiece of distinctively timeless elegant design, exuding poise and dynamism while delivering the highest levels of on-board comfort, safety and practicality.
While it still maintains the traditional racy profile of Mangusta models, the new Mangusta 110 yacht shows new aesthetic structural features: external areas both fore and aft which are difficult to find on today’s market, and a more than generously sized flybridge that can also house a second helm station.
Incomparable performance complements the exterior styling: the highly efficient waterjet propulsion system guarantees uncompromisingly dynamic handling. Two MTU 16V 2000M94 engines and Kamewa Rolls-Royce waterjets easily drive this yacht to a speed of 33 knots whilst ensuring excellent stability, a complete absence of vibration and extremely low noise levels.
Mangusta 110 superyacht also features 0 speed gyroscopic stabilizers, both at anchor and underway. We are in front of a new generation of Mangusta yachts where the word “performance” not only describes their dynamism and stability, but is also extended to on-board comfort: systems control, the type of composite structures used, sound insulation, vibration control, stabilization, ergonomic layouts – everything is studied down to the smallest details to guarantee quality, excellence and on-board comfort at high speed.
The interior layout is the result of a careful architectural study of volumes, the aim of which was to ensure maximum on-board comfort and effective, total separation between the guest and crew areas. The layout means it is possible to have four cabins which can accommodate up to nine guests. However, as with all Mangusta yachts, the Overmarine Group Design Department is able to offer different kinds of interior layouts, custom style solutions and personalized decor in order to fully satisfy the tastes and wishes of any owner. The main deck features a large salon which can easily be converted into a lunch space. The crew area, housing the galley, has all the necessary comforts.
Thanks to her versatility, the Mangusta 110 yacht model meets all her owner’s expectations: she is perfect for sailing, ideal for her versatility, unique because of how the on-board volumes have been balanced out and exclusive thanks to her bespoke custom-built interiors.
