Constructed by the Italian builder Overmarine Group, the Mangusta Oceano 148 superyacht is the new tri-deck displacement vessel, with which the yard extends the range of maxi open with the widely recognized brand Mangusta in a different market segment. Mixing up sleek and aggressive exterior lines designed by the architect Stefano Righini as well as large comfortable space on board, the luxury motor yacht Mangusta Oceano 148 boasts the same successful family feeling of the Mangusta Open Yachts from 20 to 60 meters.
The concept of the Mangusta Oceano 148 superyacht is based on the needs of the Owner who can spend long periods of time cruising and who wants the highest comfort, the latest technology and the most advanced marine equipment available on the market onboard.
45.5 meters long, the luxury yacht Mangusta Oceano 148 is powered by two diesel engines MTU 12V4000 M53R which allow it to a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 4,000 miles. The top speed is 15 knots.
State-of-the-art technology and total comfort are its key words. The Mangusta Oceano 148 superyacht, like all models by Overmarine Group, was designed and laminated in the yard plants and tank-tested in collaboration with the leading European companies in the field of fluid dynamics.
The interiors are designed to accommodate in total privacy up to twelve guests and nine crew.
On the main deck there are the saloon and the dining room with a large galley. At bow there is the full beam owner’s suite with a private sitting room, whose door is equipped with hydraulic opening platform that can lower down to create a balcony. On the lower deck there are four guest cabins, two VIP and two twin, all with private bathroom. At bow there is the crew area, consisting of four double cabins. The Captain cabin is situated next to the cockpit on the upper deck. Here there are another lounge and a spacious outdoor area.
The outdoor areas perfectly combine style, comfort and conviviality: at stern, a spacious swimming platform allows to live in full contact with the sea and on the fly a spacious outdoor area is conceived for entertainment with bar and dining area, Spa Pool, comfortable sunbathing sofas and a home theater system.
The interiors proposals are designed by the architect Carlo Colombo, ambassador of Italian design worldwide, who starts with this model his collaboration with Overmarine Group | Mangusta.
A project of matter and form, declined in a modern and unconventional thought of living. Interiors are designed as a continuous stylistic choice, made of fine details and study of materials.
The conversation area and the TV area, can be separate or combined, through a system of sliding panels that strongly characterize all the space around. A place where warm colors predominate, with the use of natural woods, burnished metals, lacquers. The choice of these materials gives the place a relaxing and cozy atmosphere.
The sleeping area, where the choice of material focuses on fabrics and wood paneling, has the feel of an elegant and comfortable suites.
