The 68m SYCARA V launched in 2010 by the Nobiskrug shipyard and refitted in 2017, will be cruising the Caribbean this winter and still has prime availability over the holidays. Her 6 generous cabins accommodate a maximum of 12 charter guests, she features in-house naval architecture, while her interior design was created by Craig Beale/Pure Detail.
Stepping inside, immediately a feeling of serenity is achieved, thanks to the neutral palette chosen. Light shades of caramel toned leather seating blend harmoniously with the soothing pale cream carpets, bespoke armchairs and warm wood panels. The main salon offers a generous seating arrangement, a games table, fully-equipped bar and entertainment systems. The bar sits on planked wood flooring and boasts a sea blue stop and stools, adding a lovely contrast to the elegant space. Aft of the salon’s lounge is the formal dining table. Further forward is a library, this area is versatile in that it easily converts to a guest cabin if required.
M/Y SYCARA V’s outdoor living is vast, ideal for luxury Caribbean charters. Guests will find that over the 3 decks, there are plenty of relaxing and socializing options. On the aft deck, adjacent to the salon, an alfresco dining and seating is situated under the shade of the upper deck. Just beyond this, steps lead to an extended swim platform, where your professional crew of 16 will deploy the array of water toys available.
A well-appointed beach club opens onto the platform, featuring a wet bar, lounge and full entertainment systems. The Nobizkrug motor yacht’s upper deck aft is shaded and mostly dedicated to the master stateroom. Forward on this deck is a large Portuguese bow. Her sundeck is sure to please every discerning charter guest, complete with alfresco dining, wet bar, chaise loungers, Jacuzzi and enclosed fitness gym.
Accommodation is across 6 cabins, for up to 12 guests, these include an upper deck master stateroom with aft deck and seating, while on the lower deck are 4 king bed cabins. A single cabin on the bridge deck offers a twin bed and Pullman. The main deck forward boasts a convertible library to double cabin.
The yacht is powered by 2 x CAT engines, she cruises at 14.5 knots and achieves top speeds of 17 knots. Zero speed stabilizers are installed for reduced motion at all times.
