FEADSHIP has proudly announced the recent re-launch of the outstanding 70-metre mega yacht SIRAN (hull #643), following her nine-month refit at the shipyard’s facilities in Makkum, the Netherlands. The last of seven beautiful Feadships magnificently penned by the legendary Jon Bannenberg, luxury motor yacht SIRAN was originally launched in 1991, boasting such remarkable features as radically styled windows and the innovative tender positioning.
Superyacht SIRAN returned to her home yard in 2015 to be extended to 70 meters in length. Her sun deck was also refitted, in order to host a gym and an entertainment room.
The last refit of SIRAN superyacht included additional adaptations to her sun deck superstructure. More of the aft deck has been covered to offer better protection on windy days at sea. The composite sun deck roofing structure has been extended by around 2,5 metres, supported by aluminium side walls with pivoting glass windbreak panels in the same style as the existing sun deck side windows. In addition, some paintwork has been done on the hull, the new highly-skewed low noise propellers have been upgraded and two crew cabins have been rearranged to better sleep the junior crew onboard this striking vessel.
