The CAPE TOWN BOAT SHOW took place at the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) from October 12 to 14. At the show, RIVA was represented by AdBrands Marine (PTY) LTD – the exclusive Riva agent for Southern Africa, Mauritius and Seychelles. CTICC is a new mega conferencing and exhibition facility, constructed with Table Mountain as backdrop at the entrance of the world famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. The event hosted boating and marine related exhibitors representing the world’s leading nautical brands.
Like last year, RIVA stole the show in 2012 as well with a magnificent “new RIVA lifestyle” exhibition stand at the entrance to the show, serving complimentary Champagne and canapés to all visitors to the RIVA stand.
A brand new Lamborghini Gallardo in metallic white, branded “RIVA” was parked immediately outside the entrance to the show, further attracting attention to “The Good Life”, everything Italian and the RIVA brand.
Attended by 17,000 people over a three day period, the show was a resounding success. AdBrands Marine has received interest in a new 92’ Duchessa yacht, the SportRiva 56’ and an order of hull no. 83 of the Rivale 52’, which has just come off the production line.
