Riviera’s ultimate entertaining vessel, the 5000 Sport Yacht, is a big hit with Sydneysiders for its relaxed ambience, striking visual appeal, and open plan design.
Riviera Syndication launched its first 5000 Sport Yacht into Rushcutters Bay last year and is proud to introduce a second Sport Yacht for Rushcutters Bay in mid-January, followed by a third 5000 Sport Yacht for The Spit at Mosman to be launched later in 2011.
Riviera Syndication Sydney manager Andy Young said the 5000 Sport Yacht, Catania, destined for Rushcutters Bay in mid-January had already sold eight out of the 10 shares and the 5000 Sport Yacht for The Spit has already sold five out of the 10 shares.
“The Rushcutters Bay clientele are predominately CEOs and CFOs so they are extremely busy business people. They choose Riviera Syndication simply because they don’t have the time to utilise and maintain their own boats,” Andy said.
“The Sport Yachts are a favourite among Sydneysiders because they are a single level, open plan, entertaining vessel.
“Most of our Syndication owners step on the boat, cruise to Darling Harbour or pick up some seafood at the markets then cruise around the harbour, anchor in one of the many bays, enjoy a quiet drink and then come home late in the afternoon.
“Our business clients generally buy a share in the Syndication and use it 50 per cent for entertaining and 50 per cent for family use”
Riviera Syndication also launched its first 5800 Sport Yacht, Bellagio, for Rushcutters Bay in October. All shares have been sold in this vessel which was officially launched at Syndication’s combined launch and Christmas Party on December 15.
A second 5800 Sport Yacht for Sydney is scheduled for delivery later in 2011, and orders have been placed for two more 5800s scheduled for delivery to Sanctuary Cove in April 2011 and Hamilton Island in September 2011.
About 50 Syndication owners attended the exclusive event at Rushcutters Bay where they were treated to cocktails and canapés on the dock while they mingled with other Riviera owners and like-minded boating enthusiasts.
Andy said all of Riviera Syndication’s Sport Yachts have every conceivable luxury extras including Foxtell TV and GPS to make cruising Sydney Harbour as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.
“It’s a time when the CEOs and CFOs can relax. As soon as they step on board they realise it’s relaxation time and just switch off,” he said.
