RMK Marine unveiled the first image of their new RMK 5000 True Luxury Explorer Yacht concept designed by the Italian Hot Lab Yacht & Design studio. The Milan-bases, award-winning studio created a capturing concept, with modern lines, soft curves, combined with a slightly aggressive and uncluttered look.
In 2012 Motor Yacht Karia captured the imagination of all who went onboard. Her contemporary Asian interior, effective use of space and ability to create the indoor/outdoor living ambience has reignited the spark highlighting the skill and expertise of the award winning RMK Marine.
A vision that came from the Milan based award winning superyacht design house, Hot Lab Yacht & Design.
The most fascinating part of the superyacht industry, is innovation. Yards, designers and naval architects have to do more with every build, no owner is willing to accept the same as something already launched and why should they. It is about being different and offering something more unique than any predecessor.
The collaboration between RMK Marine and Hot Lab Yacht & Design is exactly this. Hot Lab have been working on an extensive 43m luxury yacht refit at RMK Marine, and took the opportunity to look at how the companies can work together to achieve and capture dreams.
RMK Marine in conjunction with Hot Lab Yacht & Design, came up with the new RMK 5000 True Luxury Explorer concept, boasting contemporary lines and soft curves. Her smooth uncluttered look and feel will become reality within the 500GT superyacht category.
Offering client flexibility and adaptation to customise the Explorer into their own creation, this is a very exciting project for both companies and the owner, looking for something different with a personal touch.
