The prestigious luxury yacht designer, Ron Holland, has released some photos of motor yacht MAZU, displayed at this year’s Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. Launched by the Chinese shipyard Cheoy Lee in 2010, the 46-metre superyacht Mazu (also Matsu) represents the second vessel in the Marco Polo series, featuring design, naval architecture, as well as concept by MCC, based on the lines by Ron Holland.
Luxury yacht Mazu (in Chinese means ‘mother ancestor’) boasts lovely, Macassar Ebony interiors by KCA International, with decoration by Sylvia Bolton. She features a deep red hull and is run by twin Caterpillar propulsion engines, one main and one auxiliary. Mazu has a cruising range of 7000nm at 11 knots and 3300nm at 13 knots.
