Luxury yacht EIV, previously known as PROJECT VECTOR 50, was launched during a private ceremony at the Viareggio shipyard Rossinavi on the 5th of June.
Constructed for an American Owner, 48.8m/160ft superyacht EIV covers three decks and has Italian interior and an exterior design by Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi with mechanical and technological components from the United States, with attention paid to US standards as the vessel will spend considerable time cruising in the US and Caribbean regions.
The sporty exterior profile takes inspiration from the supercars market, as can be seen in her air vent grills and silhouette. Her shallow draft of 2.3m/7.6ft makes her ideal for cruising in destinations such as the Bahamas and the Florida Keys.
The interior styling is contemporary with onyx, leathers and bronzed brass metal integrated into the mostly wood and fabric environment, with custom carpentry pieces from Enrico Gobbi and top quality fabrics from Hermès, Rubelli and Armani Casa. All of the subtle textures are complemented by an abundance of daylight brought in through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors.
The accommodation provides for up to eight guests in four beautifully-appointed double en-suite cabins, including a main deck master suite with a forward starboard terrace.
