Launched by the Dutch shipyard Jachtbouw Vels on April 10, 2013, the all-new sailing yacht Jozina Johana has successfully completed her sea trials, cutting through the waves of the IJsselmeer with over 10 knots. The Jozina Johana yacht, with her working title ‘Aelicia’, is a lovely 77-foot vessel, penned by Satellite Yacht Design, Kees van de Stadt. She will be displayed at the upcoming HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show, running from September 3 to 8.
The Jozina Johanna yacht is built to permanently inhabit. The vessel is therefore fully equipped with underfloor heating, thermopane glazing, as well as all the necessary facilities required for a permanent and comfortable settlement.
Composite
The entire Jozina Johanna yacht is manufactured from composite. This results in a very lightweight and maintenance free yacht, but with great sailing characteristics.
