For the first time in a quarter of a century, sailing yacht PURITAN is available for charter in the Mediterranean. Built by Electric Boat Company in 1931, 36m/118ft PURITAN is a model example of meticulous restoration work to maintain original appearance and features 85 years on from its first launch.
Built in the early 20th Century when design simplicity was first coming into style, PURITAN is a classic yacht which has retained her fashionable status, making her an impressive sight when sailing past Cannes, the Balearic Islands or the waters of Corfu.
Above deck, there is alfresco dining for up to 8 guests with plenty of seating and deck space to soak in the sun. Below deck, the traditional 1930s interior contains the original Oregon pine furniture and rich leather upholstery that truly captures the spirit of the time.
Able to sleep 8 guests in her four rooms (1 master suite, 2 VIP staterooms and 1 convertible cabin), PURITAN is a memorable luxury charter for family or a group of friends. There is room for up to 7 crew to ensure that guests have a stress-free journey.
Since her last update, PURITAN has been fitted with flat screen TVs, DVD and music entertainments systems and air conditioning. She has recently accumulated a selection of water toys, including 2 tenders, wakeboards and water skis.
Luxury sailing yacht PURITAN is available to charter this summer for the high season price of €60,000 per week plus expenses, and the low season price of €35,000 per week plus expenses. Contact CharterWorld for more information and booking.
