Sanlorenzo has revealed that a further three 500 EXP expedition yachts are currently under construction at the shipyard’s La Spezia facilities in Italy, one of which is an Ice Class hull confirmed for a Dutch owner.
Designed to succeed the 460 EXP expedition yacht, the EXP 500 features exterior styling by internationally renowned designer Francesco Paszkowski and is personalised to each owner.
The first hull in the 500 EXP series, motor yacht DREAMWALKER III, was launched earlier in 2018 to mark the shipyard’s 60th anniversary and will be attending the Monaco Yacht Show this year.
The 47.2m/154.8ft steel luxury yacht DREAMWALKER III sports a pale blue hull with a contrasting white superstructure features an extended stern to accommodate a helipad, while alfresco relaxation areas can be found on the upper deck aft and foredeck and the flybridge. An additional lounge can be found within the lower deck beach club and the fold-down door provides a sunbathing space next to the water.
Future owners of the series have plenty of room on board to accommodate tenders, sail boats, submersible vehicles and motorised water toys up to 9m/29.5ft in length. View luxury yacht DREAMWALKER III at the Monaco Yacht Show 2018 running from the 26th-29th of September.
