In order to meet the growing worldwide request for its gyro stabilization systems, Seakeeper has appointed new sales as well as service team members, as announced by Seakeeper CEO Shepard McKenney.
Phil Bourque was named regional sales manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He will spearhead sales efforts for new builds and refit applications. Bourque was most recently a regional sales manager for a stainless steel equipment manufacturer. His marine experience includes building custom performance boats, working in the service department of Essex Performance Boats and for Cabo Yachts, Inc.
Alex Patricio is Seakeeper’s newest service coordinator. He comes to Seakeeper after a 16-year career as a service project manager at Derecktor Shipyards. A native of Portugal, Patricio will also assist customers in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries.
Seakeeper designs and builds stabilization gyros for craft from 10m to megayachts. Its worldwide customer base includes more than 100 boatbuilders, inclusive of hundreds of yacht models.
