Benetti has announced the sale of the seventh hull in its Benetti Fast 125′ series: BF107. Pierluigi Ausonio developed the hull in conjunction with the Azimut Benetti Research and Development Centre, choosing a wave piercer bow for the advantages of a displacement hull at low speeds and a high performance planing hull while cruising at greater knots.
Built for a Turkish owner, Benetti BF107 features the exterior styling from Stefano Righini for a sleek and sporty appearance and comes equipped with a hydromassage tub on the foredeck to complement the alfresco salon and sun loungers. The sundeck also offers an additional shaded lounging area for alfresco dining and relaxation.
On the lower deck, the stern is left clear for a beach club and the swim platform has its own bar. The tender garage is moved forward and tenders and jet skis are launched through a side platform.
Inside, the accommodation sleep up to 10 guests across five cabins, which includes a Master suite, three double cabins and one twin cabin with a Pullman berth. The crew accommodation sleeps up to seven.
Benetti offers three different layout configurations for the interiors and the Air version designed by RWD has been chosen for the seventh Benetti Fast 125′, which uses eucalyptus and tay woods among its natural materials.
The Benetti Fast 125′ series is characterised by its Rolls Royce-designed Azipull Carbon 65 propulsion system, which was developed in collaboration with Benetti and is the most advanced on the market. Her reduced noise and vibrations has earned her Comfort Class from RINA. A pair of 2,636 HP MTU engines (12V 2000M96L) allow BF107 to reach a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 17.5 knots. At 12 knots, she is capable of a range of 1,750 nautical miles.
