The highly esteemed classic motor yacht SEA BREEZE III (ex.ULYSSES) has completed a two-year refit and is now available for New Zealand luxury yacht charters before she heads to Fiji and French Polynesia in 2022.
Built in 1976 at Millkraft in Australia as the very first of the Ulysses series of luxury yachts, M/Y SEA BREEZE III has received a refit that has taken the interiors back to her original era whilst subtly adding Hollywood glamour throughout. Much of the original mahogany has been retained and the textures of the period have been combined with modern colours for an invigorating contemporary look. The fabrics within now include high-quality products from Pierre Frey, Mariaflora & Manuel Canovas, with silk wallpaper from Chivasso.
The outdoor areas can compare with any modern motor yacht, offering large areas across the decks for alfresco dining and lounging, plus sunbathing or fishing on the large lower deck swim platform. One of the latest additions is a spectacular hydrotherapy Jacuzzi on the foredeck, where guests are afforded exceptional views whilst soaking away their cares.
The overnight accommodation is designed for up to 6 guests in 3 stately en-suite cabins, which consist of 1 Master suite and 2 twin cabins. The generous master suite is known as the Kawau Suite and is furnished with an original mahogany dressing table, desk, sofa, and a king-sized bed topped with top quality linen. The en-suite bathroom has a marble-finished shower and a drop-down wooden makeup table.
The twin cabins also have been named – the Motuhei Cabin is to starboard and the Motutapu Cabin to port. Both of the twin cabins blend modern and traditional elements for the best comforts.
There is room on board for up to 60 guests while at anchor, and the professional crew of 5 will keep every social event running seamlessly.
