SW102RS #03 sailing yacht Farfalla (delivered in June 2014)
Launched in Cape Town in May 2014, superyacht FARFALLA is the first Raised Saloon version of the SW102 model.
Farfalla yacht was designed by the trusted team responsible for many other SW creations: Nauta Design for the general, deck and interior design and Farr Yacht Design for the naval architecture, sail plan and appendages.
Farfalla yacht features elegant 270° panoramic coach roof windows with two hull windows on each side and a widened living area creates an incredible sense of spaciousness onboard.
Other noteworthy features that make super yacht Farfalla ideal for cruising include a sleek flush deck, an ample tender garage for a 4m dinghy and a mainsail captive winch.
The interior layout is perfectly in line with Southern Win ideals: master’s cabin afore, 3 guest cabins amidships and the crew quarters in the aft, with a spacious galley, a nav station and two ample crew cabins.
Having just arrived from her 7000-mile maiden voyage, Farfalla superyacht is available for luxury yacht charter from September 2014.
SW82#02 Grande Orazio (delivered in March 2014)
Designed for thrilling racing performance and safe, comfortable cruising during family holidays, Grande Orazio yacht is the first Flush Deck version of the successful SW82 miniseries.
Thanks to sleek, sporty coach-roof geometries and racing oriented rigging solutions, such as the High-Modulus carbon fiber mast and boom, EC6 + Carbon rigging, racing winches and removable bowsprit, Grande Orazio offers an incomparable sailing experience.
The interior layout has been extensively customized: the crew quarters and galley are located aft, with the saloon amidships and the owner’s cabin/studio forward. Four additional cabins can be used alternatively by guests or crew.
Following the Grande Orazio yacht’s 7000 mile maiden voyage, she took part in the 12th edition of the Southern Wind Trophy, held during the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta in June 2014, dominating the race and going on to win 1st place in her division and 1st place overall in the SWS division.
