The first half of this year has seen a succession of successful yacht projects completed by the Derecktor shipyard. The 170′ Feadship motor yacht Dream completed a 10-year survey as well as full paint on-budget and on-schedule. The Dream yacht’s Capt. Butch Vogelsang pronounced himself very satisfied with the outcome.
The 178′ Benetti charter yacht Starfire went through a 5-year survey with major running gear maintenance and, despite some challenges, departed on schedule. “It was a great experience” said Captain Carl Sputh.
The 180′ Amels luxury yacht Belle Aimee completed a major post-purchase refit under the command of well-known project manager Steve Narkawicz. A comprehensive scope of work with a demanding schedule was successfully accomplished. “Thanks, and I hope we can work together again soon” said Steve.
The 180′ Amels yacht Inception went through a full five year survey that included significant running gear work and the 146′ ISA luxury yacht Ellix Too completed an extended yard period to replace generators.
The 170′ Feadship superyacht Battered Bull completed her 5 year survey and completed a full hull paint – Captain Len Beck is already planning his next yard period!
The 150′ Christensen Elisa yacht completed an extended mechanical refit that included full paint and the 180′ Newcastle superyacht Sovereign was in the yard for generator modifications and a new load bank.
