British superyacht builder Sunseeker has announced the launch of its latest Sunseeker 131, HULL 612, following which she will undergo sea trials before her delivery in April.
HULL 612 is constructed from GRP and built to RINA standards. At 40m/131ft, she offers an interior of 338 GT, within which there is a large main salon, where quarter-sawn oak is used to decorate the interiors. The formal dining area features a large formal dining table and aft the lounge contains two sofas and four armchairs around a coffee table.
Outside, HULL 612 differs from other Sunseeker 131 models by offering guests two spa pools: One on the sundeck and one on the foredeck with the sunpads.
The accommodation sleeps 12 guests over six cabins, of which there is a Master suite located on the bridge deck to the aft that has direct access to the gym, and the outdoor terrace can be used privately. There is a VIP stateroom on the main deck and two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck. The crew area meanwhile provides comfortable accommodation for up to eight people.
Two MTU 12V4000 M93 diesel engines produce 3,140 HP for a maximum speed of 25 knots and when cruising at an economical 10 knots HULL 612 has a range of 1,500 nautical miles using a fuel tank of 18,700 litres.
