ISA (International Shipyards Ancona) has launched its latest new build which is a 63m displacement motor yacht named ISA 630. The megayacht ISA 630 features an impressive long sloping stern and sleek and energetic lines with a moonstone coloured hull and a stark white superstructure. The ISA 630 was first revealed_in_March.
The magnificent 63m displacement vessel was launched in the presence of her new owners and their family, the yacht’s designers and ISA management and staff. After the speeches there was the traditional breaking of the bottle over the bow before the yacht was launched into the water. After outfitting and sea trials, the 63m superyacht will be delivered to her owner ahead of schedule in time for the summer season in the Mediterranean.
The magnificent 63m displacement vessel has an exterior designed by Andrea Vallicelli along with ISA’s architects. The ISA 630 motor yacht features a blend of technology, design and Italian craftsmanship. The superstructures shape is characterized by the extended deck heads and balconies, providing shade for the wheelhouse and aft on the main and upper decks.
The megayacht ISA 630’s design incorporates the owner’s request to have easy access to the sea and the chance to enjoy the open air. As such, the ISA 630 motor yacht boasts a large sundeck divided in to several areas including a large pool, bar and sunbathing area situated forward, and panoramic seating area with large comfortable sofas to the aft. The 63m superyacht also offers a beach area, enabling the owners and their guests to enjoy the sea from the aft swim area. The adjoining garage also provides a wide, open space when the tenders are launched.
Yacht ISA 630’s interior which was designed by Patrick Knowles has been described as “Key West-styled” and incorporates the clever use of natural materials with tropical influences such as bamboo, coconut shell and palm wood complemented with hand painted murals. The tropical influences are fused with sleek, clean joinery and contemporary furnishings. The spacious interior boasts a wide beam of 12m with plenty of natural sunlight able to filter through the continuous main saloon window, and large sliding door to the aft, which integrates interior and exterior spaces.
The Superyacht ISA 630 is able to attain speeds of around 17 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots thanks to her twin Caterpillar engines.
