Dutch shipyard Mulder has launched 36m (118’1″) motor yacht SEAFLOWER from their Zoeterwoude facility, where she has spent 8 months being outfitted by the yard’s highly skilled team.
She is believed to have been started on speculation with the new owner becoming involved after meeting the team at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2022. Said to be an experienced and well-known yachtsman, he has worked closely with Mulder, Claydon Reeves and Van Oossanen Naval Architects on all the finer details.
The award-winning Mulder ThirtySix series is constructed from aluminium and is equipped with twin Caterpillar engines that will deliver a cruising speed of 15 knots. The model features the Van Oossanen patented Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF), offers 296 GT of interior volume and the capacity to accommodate as many as 10 guests.
Superyacht SEAFLOWER is scheduled for delivery in June 2023 with plans to summer in the Mediterranean. Her interior design has not yet been unveiled but is sure to be a masterpiece, similar to the previous 5 Mulder ThirtySix models.
