The Miami Yacht Show ran from the 15th-19th of February and has finished celebrating its 30th edition with an incredible display of over 500 vessels from internationally renowned shipbuilders. Visitors were treated to some of the most exceptional superyachts of recent years, available for sale or for charter:
Quite Essential – Heesen
A finalist in multiple awards for her bespoke furnishings and interior and exterior design at the Showboats Design Award 2012, luxury yacht QUITE ESSENTIAL is a visual delight from Omega Architects as well as Ken Freivokh and Michela Reverberi Design, who worked on her exterior and her interior styling respectively. Her facilities pamper guests with a swimming pool fed by a waterfall, a massage room and a skylounge fitted with a grand piano and a fireplace.
Mine Games – Benetti
Built in 2010 and refitted in 2015, 62m/203ft MINE GAMES from Benetti has an impressive range of 8,000 nautical miles and her exterior styling is the work of internationally acclaimed designer Stefano Natucci. The interiors from Studio Massari are just as splendid and while on board up to 12 guests have at their fingertips a Turkish bath, alfresco gym, a Jacuzzi, a helipad and a baby grand piano.
Double Down – Codecasa
Towering over five decks, 65m/214ft superyacht DOUBLE DOWN is the largest Codecasa superyacht ever built and she is excellent for hosting dockside events or spending extended periods at sea. Her 2016 refitted interiors are timelessly styled and contain a cinema, a massive beach club and a gym, plus accommodation for up to 20 guests.
Gene Machine – Amels
From its popular Limited Editions range Amels displayed the 55m/180ft motor yacht GENE MACHINE, capable of a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
