Tankoa Yachts has announced the appearance of its S501 motor yacht VERTIGE at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show, which will take place from 27th to 30th September. Launched in February 2017, VERTIGE features exterior design and concept by Francesco Paszkowski, who also designed her interiors in collaboration with Margherita Casprini.
She is the second unit built by Tankoa Yachts and since her delivery in May, she has been enjoying a busy charter season in the Mediterranean. VERTIGE is a well-balanced vessel, with contemporary design to stand the test of time, offering great indoor/outdoor flow throughout her decks, creating an ideal environment not only for her owners but also charter guests. The spaces have been designed in such way, that the crew can easily carry on with their daily duties without compromising on guests’ privacy.
“VERTIGE is available for charter in Italy and Croatia for €260,000.00 per week plus expenses in high season and €240,000.00 per week plus expenses in the low season.”
Six cabins offer accommodation and comprise one full-beam master suite and a VIP suite on the main deck, and two further VIP suites and two guest staterooms on the lower deck. The upper deck has a gymnasium and home cinema, while additional ‘entertainment’ includes a seven-metre tender and two jet skis stored forward in the tender garage. The yacht’s rescue tender is also located forward.
The huge aft deck and the welcoming flybridge are both fabulous areas to enjoy some relaxing time with fellow guests, either lounging on the oversized sun pads, enjoying an al fresco meal or having fun on the lateral three-metre foldout terrace with easy access to the sea.
Edoardo Ratto, General Manager of Tankoa Yachts, commented: “Since the very first sea trials, which lasted about eight hours, were simply incredible. Vertige reached a top speed of 16.5 knots at 60% load (about 33,000 litres of fuel and more than 20,000 litres of water). S501 has a range of over 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots, which really makes a difference when going for Atlantic crossings. There was no vibration at all and the decibel readings were inferior to contracted levels – in the owner’s suite and Vip cabin, levels were below 50 decibels”.
