Superyachts LE242 Hull YN 24203 and LE188 Hull YN 18801 built by the Dutch shipbuilder Amels, have just hit the water. The technical launch of YN 24203 was held at the Damen Shipyard in Romania, while YN 18801’s technical launch was in Poland. According to Dutch Yachting, these superyachts will be delivered in the first half of 2018.
Motor yacht Hull YN 24203 is the first unit of the Amels Limited Edition 242 superyacht series, following her sister ships Amels 242 Hull #2 and Plvs Vltra. Alike highly successful Plvs Vltra, Hull YN 24203 measure 74 metres with a large beam of 12.45 metres. Her luxury facilities include a massive owner’s deck, a dance floor with a bar, and a large 6.5m infinity pool. Accommodation is provided for 12 guests in 6 cabins.
Motor yacht Hull YN18801 Superyacht AMELS 188 is a striking 57,70-metre hybrid vessel. Reymond Langton Design developed the sophisticated interior design of the AMELS 188 superyacht Hull YN18801. Generous living areas aim to maximise guest enjoyment: there is a 30-metre beach club, a wellness centre with gymnasium, sauna and Turkish hammam.
Both superyachts were designed by Tim Heywood, who has been working on a large number of superyachts from the Amels Limited Edition line.
