Based in Germany‘s Frankfurt, the commercial law firm CPS Schliessmann has received for its yacht division ‘TheYachtAttorney‘ the mandate of local authorities as well as owners for the legal and economic advice and support of two superyacht marina projects in the enchanting Mediterranean yacht charter location – Croatia.
One project will be a new maritime gateway to the island of Brac. Here, on a plot of over 25,000 square meters a maritime center will be launched directly in connection with a new ferry port: A marina for 150 yachts nad superyachts with gas station and all imaginable yacht services and maintenance, a Heliport, a medical center, restaurants, bars and shops will arise.
A luxury yacht marina in an extraordinary beautiful bay nearby Split will also provide space for 150 yachts with all major service facilities. Adjancent are planned with hotels, apartments and villas with up to 1,250 beds on approximately 14 hectares.
In both projects, currently the evaluations and negotiations with potential investors run to be involved very early in the implementation.
