Top Deck 40m represents the latest superyacht design unveiled by Luiz de Basto. This beautiful design offers the open feeling of a much larger vessel and the total integration between outdoor and indoor living spaces.
This striking vessel incorporates the main features of the Top Deck line, with the fold-down bulwarks, which increase the deck surface and the contact with the water, as well as an amazing fly bridge that extends for the entire length of the boat.
The sweeping line of the Top Deck 40m from bow to stern creates a double headroom on the aft deck. The bridge deck aft hosts the owner’s stateroom, taking advantage of this extra height with verandas and balconies.
The upper part of the fly bridge is covered with a hard top to protect a gourmet galley, al fresco dining and a conversation area. A lovely hot tub surrounded by sunbathing cushions can be found at the front.
The layout of the Top Deck 40m offers unique flexibility. The main salon floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide forward and disappear into a pocket and the bulwarks on the main deck fold down to extend the deck area. Similarly, the doors of the owner’s stateroom slide forward and the handrail creates a balcony.
The indoor-outdoor boundaries aboard the Top Deck 40m disappear. The lowered bulwarks add a total of 26,60 square meters of deck to be open or closed at the touch of a button, with the lap pool positioned on the aft deck being another great feature.
In addition to a lavish owner’s stateroom, the accommodation layout also includes four guest staterooms and a VIP cabin on the main deck. The Top Deck 40m can comfortably sleep a total number of 12 guests and a crew of 8 members.
Moreover, luxury yacht Top Deck 40m boasts an amazing Observation Room, offering a wonderful selection of amenities. On the port side, there is a bar, on starboard a gym enclosed in glass and in the very front several sitting areas with a TV that folds down from the ceiling.
