Turquoise Yachts have released the latest updates on the construction of the new 53m superyacht TALA. Luiz De Basto designed the yacht inside and out. The massive amount of living spaces is normally present on luxury yachts of a much larger size.
The interior was designed using light tones and woods to achieve contrasting elements, which create an elegant and comfortable ambiance.
Accommodation is offered for 10 guests in 6 +1 guests staterooms. The owner’s suite and VIP cabin are located on the main deck. The crew quarters and guest area are separated to ensure complete privacy.
At 700 GT, TALA boasts lots of room for her guests to enjoy luxury yacht charter vacations. The exterior living spaces are ideal for large groups and family vacations. The sundeck serves as the entertainment hub, with a hot tub, sun pads, TV, bbq area, bar and day head. The beach club includes gym and sauna, while swim platform is perfect for those who love sunbathing.
“With Tala’s enormous volume …my objective was to make the exterior less bulky and give a feeling of a forward dynamic movement, rather than a static feel,” says Luiz DeBasto. “I wanted the design to show movement and purpose from any angle. I achieved this with the long ascending line from the swim platform all the way up to the mast and down to the pilothouse windshield.”
TALA is equipped with two Caterpillar C32 1300bhp engines, which provide a speed of 15 knots.
