Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts has launched the 73.6m/239.5ft luxury yacht ROE, known as motor yacht NB66 during construction.
Built on speculation and sold to an Owner in 2018, M/Y ROE features exterior styling by Andrea Vallicelli and interiors from Ken Freivokh Design, with naval architecture from the shipyard. The exterior areas offer numerous lounging and dining areas, plus a swimming pool on the main deck aft, a Jacuzzi on the bridge deck aft and another Jacuzzi and a helipad on the Owner’s private forward terrace.
The interiors are designed to be bright and welcoming, fitted with large windows and opulent elements including hand-picked leathers, mirror-gloss lacquers and countertops in marble and granite.
An interior volume of 1,558 GT spans six decks to provide ample room for amenities, such as the generous beach club with fold-down terraces to port and starboard of the lower deck stern, the tender garage and water toys amidships, and spacious cabins that can be converted into private salons adjoining neighbouring cabins.
The accommodation is designed to sleep up to 14 guests over 7 en-suite cabins, which includes a 100m2/1,076ft2 Owner’s suite on the upper deck complete with an office, private terrace and a Jacuzzi. The crew accommodation sleeps 10 along with a separate cabin for the Captain on the bridge deck.
The engines produce a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots, with an exhaustive range of 7,000 nautical miles at an economical 12 knots.
Superyacht ROE is expected to be delivered to her Owner shortly, in time for the Mediterranean summer yacht charter season. Turquoise Yacht’s next vessel due for launch in 2021 is the 53m/173.8ft TALLA.
