The breathtaking 90-metre motor yacht Arrow 90 represents a unique concept, developed by the well known German design firm, Newcruise Yacht Projects & Design. “How could the atmosphere of a baroque chateau’s orangery be created onboard a yacht” – this was the phrase that led Newcruise into the design process of the unusual Arrow 90 superyacht concept.
Typically an orangery provides shelter and lots of light to plants in winter. To achieve this, these lofty spaces are usually built from cast iron trusses and glass.
Newcruise’s onboard orangery aboard Arrow 90 superyacht concept are designed to provide the owner and its guests with a vast, spacious, light and airy sheltered space, spanning two decklevels.
A visible composite framework supports high above an extensive roof built from special isolated glass-panels, also incorporating inbuilt solarcells. These glass elements filter out a large portion of the sunheat while generating electric energy.
At the aft end of the orangery there will be a showstyle staircase leading to a raised indoor-outdoor balcony, opening up spectacular views onto the seaside and into the hallway.
The concept of the luxury motor yacht Arrow 90 is all about using interior space in an opulent manner.
As such, the 90m yacht Arrow puts the focus on spacious interior spaces and areas with reduced impact of sunrays. Newcruise deliberately reduced the amount of unprotected exterior spaces.
Still, guests can relax and take a sunbath on the aft pool deck or the top level balcony, should they desire so.
The unusual layout of a lofty two level deck restricts the number of onboard guests to 12, but Newcruise firmly believes that this is strongly offset by the spectacular atmosphere within the orangery salon.
For those guests, who like to arrive in the privacy of an anchorage, there is a touchdown helideck on the foredeck.
Megayacht Arrow concept is THE yacht for owners looking for a modern classic, offering an innovative and spectacular space layout.
