The brand new Overmarine motor yacht Mangusta 110 barely had time to put ashore in Miami for her world debut at the 2014 Miami Boat Show, where she was met with enthusiasm and approval all round, when she had to go back home. The first unit of superyacht Mangusta 110 had actually been sold to a European owner, who is now anxiously awaiting her official delivery.
The new luxury yacht Mangusta 110 is the yacht that most clearly defines the latest Mangusta design&technical evolution. She is a masterpiece of distinctively timeless elegant design, exuding poise and dynamism while delivering the highest levels of on-board comfort, safety and practicality.
While it still maintains the traditional racy profile of Mangusta models, the new Mangusta 110 yacht shows new aesthetic structural features: external areas both fore and aft which are difficult to find on today’s market, and a more than generously sized flybridge that can also house a second helm station.
Incomparable performance complements the exterior styling: the highly efficient waterjet propulsion system guarantees uncompromisingly dynamic handling. Two MTU 16V 2000M94 engines and KameWa Rolls-Royce waterjets easily drive the Mangusta 110 superyacht to her top speed whilst ensuring excellent stability, a complete absence of vibration and extremely low noise levels. The yacht also features 0 speed gyroscopic stabilizers, both at anchor and underway.
We are in front of a new generation of Mangusta yachts where the word “performance” not only describes their dynamism and stability, but it’s a further step in the increase of on-board comfort: systems control, the type of composite structures used, sound insulation, vibration control, stabilization, ergonomic layouts – everything is studied down to the smallest details to guarantee quality, excellence and on-board comfort at high speed.
The interior layout of superyacht Mangusta 110 is the result of a careful architectural study of volumes, the aim of which was to ensure maximum on-board comfort and effective, total separation between the guest and crew areas. The layout means it is possible to have four cabins which can accommodate up to nine guests.
