Van der Valk shipyard has announced the successful launch of the fifth hull in the raised pilothouse line, all-aluminium luxury yacht HELGA.
This beautiful contemporary yacht has a sturdy appearance and plenty of muscle to take her through the water at speed. Her excellent naval engineering is concealed beneath a pale blue hull and white superstructure that give her a fresh and light appearance. The Owner further customised the outer appearance by adding transom gate doors and stainless steel work around the swim platform. The main deck aft and flybridge have alfresco dining areas, while the foredeck has a sofa and sunbed to unwind with panoramic views.
The main salon is just as light in appearance as the exterior, creating a stunning haven out of the heat of the day. The raised pilothouse above is finished in darker wood, creating a cosy retreat for relaxing with hobbies or enjoying a meal with the forward views.
The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests over 4 en-suite cabins: 1 full-beam Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 1 twin cabin convertible to a double and a bunk cabin. The two crew cabins meanwhile are placed on the main deck forward.
Superyacht HELGA uses a pair of MTU 12V 2000M 96L engines to power through the water at a top speed of 27 knots with a cruising speed of 23 knots, making excellent time for island-hopping adventures.
