The new 45,25-metre motor yacht ‘South China Sea Cruiser’ concept has been proudly unveiled by Central Yacht. The ‘SCS Cruiser’ superyacht concept has been conceived for the specific requirements of the Southeast Asia yacht owner. Below is a video presenting this superb vessel.
The incredible full beam main deck of exploits every square centimeter of the hulls prodigious volume to enhance the entertainment possibilities of the exceptional ‘South China Sea Cruiser’ yacht concept.
With a dining and lounge area that would be the envy of yachts twice the size the SCS Cruiser superyacht concept can easily seat 14 for dinner.
Once the guests have departed or retired to bed the owner can relax in the sumptuous Master bedroom equipped with a cavernous bathroom, intimate relax lounge, imposing office and considerable wardrobe space.
The guests are handsomely accommodated in 4 identical cabins, all en-suite and each with the possibility to sleep 3 persons with drop down Pullman berths.
The upper deck is given to recreation with a bar/games room with space for more casual dining and a multi-purpose lounge area with rotating sofas that turn the room into a casual lounge, 12 seat cinema or party dance floor.
Completing the 4 deck layout is the almost entirely covered sundeck has a cocktail bar, covered Spa Pool and outdoor covered cooking area as well as a small sheltered sun pad/viewing area. A touch and go helipad enables quick arrivals and departures.
The true genius of the design rests in the specification with over 50 discrete amendments to the standard specification to enhance the owner’s experience on board while improving reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
As with all designs from the Central Yacht creative director, Paul Brackley, the crew circulation is a masterpiece of design with the practical elimination of wasted space in corridors with the resultant improved efficiency of crew movement.
The profile of the luxury yacht ‘SCS Cruiser’ concept is unique reflecting a different type of use. Gone is the side boarding and wasted “grand lobby” and all attention focused on stern boarding from very low floating docks. The impressive height and volume of the yacht is particularly noticed by guests arriving on the dock or by tender.
