Vitters Shipyard has launched sailing yacht LADY_B. The 44.7m luxury sailing yacht LADY B was transported from Vitters shipyard in Zwartsluis, the Netherlands to Harlingen where the yacht will be launched.
Super yacht LADY B (Vitter’s hull number 3062) was designed by Dubois Naval Architects with interior styling by Rhoades Young. Dubois Naval Architects achieved an excellent blend of naval architecture and ergonomics in order to produce exceptionally high performance levels with superlative comfort, cutting edge styling and state-of-the-art technology.
This striking 44.7 m sloop LADY B has a slim profile with a single-level superstructure, which keeps weight low and reduces windage. Constructed in aluminium, she will have a high aspect ratio rig with carbon mast and furling boom and is equipped with PBO standing rigging to enhance performance. Sailing yacht LADY B has been designed with a compact lifting keel system generates a variable draught from 4-6m.
Sailing yacht LADY B’s interior features a clean and fresh ambiance with an emphasis on open space and light. The huge split-level upper and lower salons and dining area, is an example of the use of space where natural sunlight floods through large windows sculpted into the upper salon sides. Wide sliding glass doors into an expansive cockpit area with a fixed bimini shade.
Luxury yacht LADY B features twin cockpits, with direct access to the upper salon through the main cockpit and a private access was from the aft cockpit to the owner’s area. The owner’s cabin aft is full width of the beam and is a generous split level cabin with lounging area and a large ensuite. The adjacent owner’s study can be converted to a third guest cabin if required. The two guest cabins are convertible to double or a twin bed configuration.
