Wally is currently working on the construction of the 110-foot sailing yacht Wally 110. Superyacht Wally 110 is a striking 33,5-meter vessel, developed for the company’s repetitive Client, who is a truly passionate and experienced yachtsman. Superbly penned by German Frers, she is due to be delivered in June 2016.
Luxury yacht Wally 110 is a striking 110-foot sloop, signed last June. Her mould has been recently completed. The lamination procedures have started, and will be finished at the beginning of 2015.
The Frers naval architecture created a latest generation high performance super yacht, characterized by the wide hull uniquely camouflaged by classic lines reflecting the Wally 110 yacht cruising attitude.
The construction of the luxury yacht Wally 110 uses the latest pre-preg carbon technology to produce a fully equipped cruising super yacht displacing only 67 tons to deliver truly exceptional performance.
The new super yacht Wally 110 features all the Wally technologies developed by the company since its inception in 1994 with the extensive R&D programme unique to the Monegasque brand, that is constantly carried out to further improve the on the water enjoyment while increasing the safety. These Wally features, now adopted by the whole of the industry, include the advanced composite construction technology, the Wally flush-deck, the Wally sail handling system including selftacking jib and push-button sail trimming via the hydraulic rams, Wally submarine anchor, rig with swept back spreaders and no running backstays.
On deck, the new Wally 110 superyacht features from bow to stern, the slim coach roof, the large social cockpit amidships, the manoeuvring and navigation area with four winches (dedicated to the halyards and the gennaker sheets) and the twin helm stations, and the aft sun bathing area.
The interior layout of Wally 110 yacht reflects as well the Wally approach to improve the sailing experience featuring the forward Owner’s suite with two large separate beds to favour the comfort under sail, two double guest cabins, the main saloon, and the crew and service area with galley, crew mess, two double cabins, and the engine room. All the five cabins have en-suites.
