Australia-based Yacht stylist Scott Blee of the studio SABDES Design is proud to announce that they have successfully launched their new website and are working on several new projects. These include a radically styled 33,5m (110’) Axebow long range motor yacht design, currently undergoing engineering at a shipyard in Turkey.
The 33,5m SABDES superyacht design is being developed on a semi displacement hull form with maximum cruising speed of 18 knots. The styling of the vessel features militaristic cues with ‘faceted’ surfacing, which also helps to simplify her building.
SABDES Design is also working on a minimal 40m (131’) motor yacht, destined for the purpose of safe and luxurious worldwide cruising. She boasts a vast forward sundeck and glass in the aft bulwarks.
Two other projects with exterior styling by SABDES Design are expected to be launched in August/September 2015; a 70′ passagemaker and an 80ft Explorer Yacht, the latter for a Russian client, both at the final stage of construction at Bering Yachts.
The new website is called ‘SABDES Yacht Design : Exterior Styling, Concepts & Design‘. It also shows some of their current design collaborations with Feadship, Icon Yachts and Bering Yachts.
