The well known British luxury yacht tender builder, Williams Performance Tenders, will celebrate its 10th anniversary next month. With its order book currently at highest ever levels, the Oxfordshire business looks set to continue its amazing track record of growth as well as success.

Founded by brothers Mathew and John Hornsby in 2004, Williams has established itself as the world’s leading jet tender specialist, renowned for design excellence and practical attention to detail across its range of Turbojet and Dieseljet models. The company now employs 45 staff at its Oxfordshire base and is supported by a global team of factory trained engineers. Williams produces up to 700 boats per year and had a turnover of £11.2M in 2013.

Williams’ current record order book puts the business in a strong position for the future and reflects the benefits of its presence in markets such as the USA which have seen good growth in recent times. The company has also seen increasing levels of business from volume sailboat manufacturers such as Hanse and Group Beneteau with its Prestige range. Both these manufacturers have designed their garages specifically to fit a Williams tender, providing a glowing endorsement of the brand’s popularity and appeal.
