World-renowned Dutch builders, comprising Royal Huisman, lend their support to the 2014 World Superyacht Awards, which will take place in the centre of the 17th century’s Golden Age of seafaring. Amsterdam represents one of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities as well as one with longer and closer ties with global seafaring than most.
On 3rd May 2014, the 9th annual Boat International World Superyacht Awards will be hosted at the prestigious Het Scheepsvaartmuseum (National Maritime Museum), dating back to 1656 when Amsterdam was the largest port and marketplace in the world.
Visitors to the Awards will not only be able to enjoy the cultural fascination and diversity of Amsterdam, but should also take advantage of the opportunity to visit some of the world’s finest superyacht yards, all within easy access.
